There are three types of Wilds in Troll Hunters 2, each represented by a different symbol. The standard Wild, represented by the Allfather, Odin, will replace the middle symbol of any winning combination. You’ll also find Multiplier Wilds, which are represented by x2 and x3 symbols. These can be triggered by filling a charging meter using certain symbols.

Once the meter is filled, whichever Troll Hunter is standing beside the grid at the time will provide their unique type of Wild, scattering them at random over the remaining symbols on the grid. Astrid will give the Standard Wild, Borghild gives the x2 Multiplier Wilds, and Ylva gives the x3 Multiplier Wilds.

There is one other Wild that can be achieved, and this one represents their terrible foe, The Troll.

Win Spins
The Troll Wild is unleashed during the Win Spins round, which can be triggered by clearing all symbols from one of the top three rows during the base game. Once the Win Spins round is triggered, players can choose one of the three valiant Troll Hunters to help them in their quest. Each Troll Hunter provides a different number of free spins as well as their own unique Wild for the duration of the Free Spins.

During Win Spins, the charging meter will switch from providing Multiplier Wilds to additional Win Spins. Once a Win Spin is triggered, a 2x2 Troll Wild will be placed on a random location on the grid, and will have the relevant multiplier added to it, based on which Troll Hunter you chose at the beginning of the Win Spins.
